What does being healthy mean to you?

To me health is more than simply being free of disease and symptoms of sickness. It's not something you just have, but something you work on and pay attention to over time. It includes achieving a healthy weight, eating foods with quality nutrition, exercising for pleasure and for fitness, having close and fulfilling relationships, having a positive attitude and energy for adventure, and keeping on top of your current medical state and risk factors.
